Welcome to Melton Hall, a suite-style residence hall at Emmanuel University that offers a perfect blend of comfort and community. Accommodating up to 36 students, Melton Hall features spacious rooms where two double rooms share a bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience. Each room is equipped with essential furniture, including a twin-size bed, desk, chair, and a large wardrobe. Students can control their room temperature with individual window units, and laundry facilities are conveniently located on the ground floor. Melton Hall stands out for its large rooms, two welcoming lobbies with TVs and a foosball table, and a mini-kitchenette area, making it a great place to live, study, and connect with others.

Two double rooms share a bathroom that includes a sink area and a separate toilet/shower area (students are responsible for their own curtains and toiletries).

Maximum of 36 beds (Approximately 18 per hall)

Bed dimensions

Each bed fits a standard twin mattress and is height adjustable to approximately 4ft. Twin XL beds may be available upon request (depending on inventory availability).

Amenities/furniture included

Each resident receives a twin-size bed, desk and chair, and large wardrobe/dresser set for personal use.

Heating & air

Each room contains individual window units that can be controlled from the room to the students’ liking. Central laundry area is located on the ground floor of the hall.

Enjoy Suite Life

Melton Hall contains two lobbies (one on each floor) are primary locations where community-building events are hosted. There is a TV in each of the lobbies for students’ enjoyment as well as a foosball table.

Uniquely, Melton contains some of the largest rooms available at Emmanuel.

Melton has a mini-kitchenette area where students where students can warm up/cook food in Melton’s provided microwave, wash dishes, and make use of community refrigerator and freezer space
