The Sports Management Minor at Emmanuel University is designed for students who have a passion for athletics and want to develop the skills needed to serve in the business and administrative side of sports. This minor provides a blend of business, leadership, and kinesiology coursework to prepare students for entry-level opportunities in athletic departments, sports organizations, recreation programs, and other sports-related industries.

Program Requirements
To earn the Sports Management Minor, students must:
-Complete all requirements for their bachelor’s degree.
-Complete 18 credit hours of Sports Management coursework.
-Earn a grade of C or higher in each required course.
-Complete additional coursework if more than two courses are shared between the student’s major and minor.
-Receive approval for any course substitutions through the University’s Course Substitution/Waiver process.
